Why do I need an employer account?
An employer account lets you maintain a shortlist and view extended biodata and photos for public profiles. Agency-only information stays private.
Who receives my enquiry?
A profile enquiry goes to its agency. The requirements form lets you choose a specific agency or all currently approved agencies.
Can I interview a helper?
Speak with the agency about phone, video or in-person availability. The agency will explain the arrangements.
Does Bestmaid verify employment eligibility?
The listing platform does not decide work-permit eligibility. Agencies and employers must confirm current requirements with the relevant authorities.
How can my agency join?
Submit an agency request. The platform team reviews it and can create an agency workspace.
Can agencies hide a profile?
Yes. Hidden and archived profiles are not available through public listings or direct detail links. Agencies can restore their own archived profiles.
